The primary goal of Collective Effort, LLC is to provide law enforcement officers with professional and legal roadside tactics that will assist in the identification and apprehension of Terrorists and other major criminals while conducting their routine law enforcement responsibilities.

This training course was developed based on the current training needs within the law enforcement community in order to address the ongoing Terrorist threat and narcotic epidemic that continues to threaten and plague the safety and well being of the American public.

This training course does not teach racial profiling, this course teaches law enforcement officers to conduct high volume legal traffic stops and how to properly identify ongoing criminal activity while taking into account the totality of the circumstances of each and every traffic stop in order to reduce the number of vehicle searches.

This training is certified by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board.
